My Most Useful Tool

What is more important than your time? Your time with loved ones, you time learning and growing, your time having fun... time is life.  This is why that my most useful tool is Google Calendar.  It is the great organizer of my time.  There are a lot of things you may not know about Google Calendar if you aren't using it:

• When you create an event, there is a 'Find a Time' tab that lets you see when 2+ people have open time slots so you can plan an event that works with everyone's schedule. 
• You can share an event with many people and they can RSVP on the calendar so you can know who to expect. 
• If people can't make it to an event, you can make a link in the calendar event to join via a Hangouts video call.
• You can share your calendars with others and others can share with you so you can keep track of your family, friends, and co-workers. 
• You can also create a calendar from Google's library of calendars.  My Husband likes to keep the Boise State Football calendar up so he can be sure to schedule things around their games.  
• You can create a sharable link so that other people can schedule appointments with you during the hours that you set.
