- When you create an event, there is a 'Find a Time' tab that lets you see when 2+ people have open time slots so you can plan an event that works with everyone's schedule.
- You can share an event with many people and they can RSVP on the calendar so you can know who to expect.
- If people can't make it to an event, you can make a link in the calendar event to join via a Hangouts video call.
- You can share your calendars with others and others can share with you so you can keep track of your family, friends, and co-workers.
- You can also create a calendar from Google's library of calendars. My Husband likes to keep the Boise State Football calendar up so he can be sure to schedule things around their games.
- You can create a sharable link so that other people can schedule appointments with you during the hours that you set.

April,
ReplyDeleteI couldn't agree with you more, my Google calendar is my life line! It is a running joke in my family that if you don't make my Google calendar, you don't exist. My cleaning schedule, assignments, appointments, kid's practice schedules, etc. goes on my calendar. One of the best tech tools I utilize daily!
Hi April! I love my Google calendar! We currently use it in my work place, and I use it for my own personal calendar as well. I love that school events, work events, and personal events can all sync easily as well. I didn't realize there was the option for a library as well, so that is one I'll have to check out. Thanks for sharing!
